01 Agreeing to these terms

These terms apply to this website, run by Silk Creative Labs LLC, a California limited liability company based in Los Angeles ("we", "us"). By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Each of our brands has its own terms for its own products, apps and services. When you buy from or sign up with one of them, that brand's terms apply to that purchase or account.

02 Using the site

You may browse and share this site for personal, non-commercial purposes. Please do not:

  • copy, scrape or republish the site or its content in bulk;
  • try to break, overload or get around the site's security;
  • use the site for anything unlawful or to mislead others about who you are.

03 Our content and brands

The text, design, images, logos and code on this site, and the names of Silk Creative Labs and its brands, belong to Silk Creative Labs LLC or are used with permission. Third-party names, such as App Store, YouTube or Suno, belong to their owners and are used only to describe where our work appears or what it works with.

Nothing on this site gives you a license to use our names, logos or content, except to share links to the site.

04 Information on the site

We describe our brands as accurately as we can on the date each page was last checked. Prices, features, release dates and availability can change, and the brand's own website is the place for current details. Products marked as coming soon are not available yet.

This site links to our brands' websites and to outside platforms such as the App Store, YouTube, Instagram, X and Facebook. We are not responsible for the content, terms or privacy practices of sites we do not control.

06 No warranty

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we do not promise the site will always be available or free of errors.

07 Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Silk Creative Labs LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, that come from your use of this site. Our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to one hundred US dollars ($100).

Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

08 Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about them or the site will be handled in the state or federal courts in Los Angeles County, California, and you and we agree to those courts' jurisdiction.

09 Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. If you keep using the site after an update, the new terms apply.
